A warm place to play,
heal, and grow
What is Play Therapy?
Play Therapy focuses on how play is a child’s natural form of self-expression. Play is used to navigate feelings and experiences when children may not have the words to. Using different creative mediums such as music, sand tray, arts and crafts etc. children are able to express themselves through exploring their creativity.
You can find more information about Play Therapy on the Play Therapy UK website.
At Apricity Play Therapy, we understand that children often don't have the words to describe their big feelings. Through child-led play, we create a reassuring space where your child can explore their world, process their feelings, and develop resilience in a way that feels safe and natural to them.
